Intellectual Property Rights of CJ’s Creative Crafts and Third Parties CJ’s Creative Crafts is committed to the appropriate and legal use of the intellectual property of others, and we require our users to behave similarly. Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written and other materials that appear on the CJ’s Creative Crafts Site (collectively the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by CJ’s Creative Crafts. CJ’s Creative Crafts is the owner of the CJ’s Creative Crafts trademark; other trademarks made available through this Site, including logos, slogans, colour schemes and design trademarks, are licensed for use by CJ’s Creative Crafts from Institutions and other third parties (the "Licensed Marks"). By using the CJ’s Creative Crafts Site, you agree to limit your use of Licensed Marks to uses that are directly related to such third parties and to comply with any restrictions or conditions imposed on the use and access of the Licensed Marks by the third parties. CJ’s Creative Crafts will notify you of such terms if your usage is in violation of such terms. Additionally, CJ’s Creative Crafts has the sole discretion to reject any order that it considers libellous, defamatory, obscene, profane (according to standards established by British law), portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for CJ’s Creative Crafts production. You agree to not use CJ’s Creative Crafts Service to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.
Payment Policies
CJ’s Creative Crafts accepts online payment via credit card or debit card and is processed using the squared.com system. All payments sent electronically shall be securely transmitted using Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology. CJ’s Creative Crafts may also accept payment via check or purchase order and at our discretion PayPal. Qualified Institutions (such as Purchasing Offices) wishing to establish group accounts and utilize purchase orders may set up special payment options by contacting CJ’s Creative Crafts. CJ’s Creative Crafts will begin processing orders immediately upon verification that payment has been received.
Proofs.
Proofs of all custom and personalised work may be submitted for customer's approval and CJ’s Creative Crafts shall incur no liability for errors not corrected by the customer within the proofs so submitted. Customer's alterations and additional proofs necessitated thereby may be charged extra. When style, type or layout is left to CJ’s Creative Crafts judgement, and charges there from made by the customer shall be charged extra.
Right to Cancel
You may Cancel any order of Pre made items up until your order is marked as shipped, (after this time it then becomes a return not a cancellation). Customised and personalised items can only be cancelled as long as your item has not commenced production or been shipped, you can request to cancel the item. We will attempt to cancel your item as best we can, but submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee your item will be cancelled
Returns Policy
CJ’s Creative Crafts goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, CJ’s Creative Crafts accepts returns and will refund the payment if and when customers are disappointed by CJ’s Creative Crafts merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing quality) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.
Please b e aware that custom and personalised items are exempt from the consumer credit act regulations unless faulty so these items cannot be returned or orders cancelled once production has begun.
Colour Matching
CJ’s Creative Crafts strives to provide the best possible prints; however, we can not guarantee Pantone colour matching or exact colour matching with all designs. Colours may vary due to inks, design files, garment colours and fabrics.
Print Placement
While printing, we do our best to ensure designs are printed in consistent locations on all shirts in the run. However, small variations should be expected. All garments are sewn differently, and variations in each individual shirt may result in slightly varied placements.
A 0-5.0cm″ vertical allowance, and 0-2.5cm horizontal allowance, in the proofed location, is considered acceptable.
If the desired print location is near a seam or a collar, these variances may be more noticeable. CJ’s Creative Crafts will not be responsible for print location variances the allowances.
Garment Sizing
Please refer to the product page's sizing chart for information and measurement guides.
The charts provided are of garments laid flat. CJ’s Creative Crafts follows industry practice on standard tolerances. Please allow 25mm tolerance/variation for AS Colour garments and up to 30mm for Sportage garments.
Limit of CJ’s Creative Crafts's Responsibility
CJ’s Creative Crafts will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to CJ’s Creative Crafts that actually are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. CJ’s Creative Crafts is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. CJ’s Creative Crafts is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit card company.
The information and materials contained in this Site, including text, graphics, links or other items, are provided "as is", "as available". CJ’s Creative Crafts does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials on the Site and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials. No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from computer virus, is given in conjunction with the information and materials.
In no event will CJ’s Creative Crafts be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if CJ’s Creative Crafts, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold CJ’s Creative Crafts and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of CJ’s Creative Crafts's Site and the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
Out of Stock & Delays
On rare occasions, a particular style, colour or size of t-shirt you have ordered may not be in stock in our store or suppliers warehouse. In these situations, we will notify the customer of alternatives. We'll provide a new estimated date or we can cancel the order for a full refund if requested
