YOU ARE WELCOME TO BOOK JUST ONE OR ALL EVENTS SIMPLY CHOOSE THE REQUIRED EVENT AND ADD TO CART THEN CONTINUE SHOPPING AND ADD THE SECOND EVENT TO YOUR BASKET ECT ECT

you space is not confirmed until we have received full payment and a copy of your public liability insurance
we reserve the right to offer your space to another trader should this not be provided within 14 days of making payment
should the event be cancelled for any reason we will offer refunds that will be made to your original payment method
we reserve the right to refuse to provide a pitch at any time and you will be notified if this happens and the reason for doing so, any money paid due to refusal will be refunded at our discretion
Terms & Conditions
BOOKING AND CONDUCT
· By booking a PITCH, you legally bind yourself to abide by these terms and conditions.
· All your staff must be made aware of the conditions prior to the event.
· CJ’s events management reserves the right to prevent trading and/or evict anyone breaching the contract or behaving in an illegal, aggressive, or disorderly manner.
LIABILITY AND TRADE
· CJ’s events are not responsible for any loss or damage to persons or equipment.
· No rebates will be given due to adverse weather conditions or changes in performance programs or re-sitting stalls.
· We do not accept responsibility for the level of trading during the event.
· Only sell goods specified in your application.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
· In the event of trader cancellation after payment, 50% of the total pitch price will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, the total cost will be forfeited.
· Stalls or any part of stalls must not be sub-contracted.
INSURANCE
· All traders must provide proof of employers’ liability and public liability insurance of at least £5,000,000 on the day of trading.
FOOD SAFETY
Food Traders must comply with all relevant regulations including (but not limited to) the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995, Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995a, and The Food Safety Act 1990 as applicable.
RISK ASSESSMENT
· An appropriate and current risk assessment must accompany each application for certain events
HEALTH AND SAFETY
· All traders must comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and subsidiary regulations.
GENERATORS
· Generators must be used responsibly and only food stalls can use generators unless otherwise agreed with the organizers.
· Generators should not be shared between stalls and cables should not be trenched underground.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
· All electrical equipment must have a current PAT certificate.
· The stall’s electrical wiring must have been tested by a qualified electrician within the last 12 months.
· A copy of the PIR and PAT certificates must be available on site for examination.
· All temporary electrical installations must be protected by an approved residual current device or similar.
FIRST AID
· If you are employing anyone on your stall then you must provide a well-stocked first aid
kit and keep it in a position accessible to all staff .
REPORTING OF ACCIDENTS
· Accidents involving a fracture, amputation, loss of consciousness or admission to hospital for more than 24 hours must be reported under the RIDDOR regulations. Please contact a member of cj’s management team
PROHIBITED ITEMS
· Stalls must not have any amplified music.
· The sale of alcohol, herbal highs, weapons, lasers, fireworks, wax flares, drug-related paraphernalia and BBQs is not permitted on site.
· Permanent tattooing or skin-piercing equipment is not permitted on site.
· Drinks in glass containers are not allowed due to a No Glass Policy.
· Traders must cooperate fully with CJ’s events Security in any search of vehicles or stalls.
· Animals are not permitted on the site.
UNAUTHORISED TRADING
· Unlicensed selling of any product or service on the site will result in expulsion, and/or reports to the authorities
WASTE MANAGEMENT
· Traders are responsible for keeping their immediate areas tidy and free of rubbish.
· All wastewater and oils must be contained and taken off site.
· All refuse must be taken away with you.
· No plastic disposables are allowed on site.
· All gas cylinders must be taken away.
· You must use paper plates, cups, and wooden cutlery only.
VEHICLE MOVEMENT
· To reduce on-site traffic, traders are expected to bring sufficient stock for the day’s Trading, as you will not be permitted to move you vehicle once the event opens to the public
· Vehicle movement is not allowed between 10:30am and until Event Management has declared vehicle movement to be safe which will usually be after the advertised closing time for the event.
· Dangerous driving will not be tolerated.
OFFICIAL ORGANISATIONS
· ALL Traders are required to cooperate fully with CJ’s events organisers, the Event Safety Officer, the Event Food Safety officer, Security, Emergency Services, Police and all official organisations on site.
